Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Creado Digital, a Digital Marketing and Web Design Agency located at N-2/23, Gurudwara Rd, Block N-2, Mohan Garden, Nawada, New Delhi, Delhi, 110059 (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”), provides services in digital marketing and website design. By engaging with our services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms
2.1. The Client agrees to pay the Agency the fees as per the selected service package.
2.2. All payments must be made by the Due Date specified on the invoice. Failure to clear the invoice by the Due Date will result in suspension of services without prior notice.
2.3. If the Client fails to make payment within 15 days of the Due Date and does not respond to calls or messages, the Agency reserves the right to take over or delete all the Client’s work from the platforms, unpublish or delete all pages, and remove all associated ad accounts without liability for any data loss.

3. Minimum Commitment Period
To achieve optimal results, the Client agrees to subscribe to the Services for a minimum period of 6 months. The Client acknowledges that early termination may result in underperformance or failure to achieve the desired outcomes, and the Agency is not liable for any losses in such cases.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If the Agency fails to meet the performance goals as outlined in the agreed-upon service package (including posting content and delivering the estimated reach), the Client is entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the Agency does not deliver the promised results. If the services are delivered as agreed, no refund will be provided.

5. No Refund Policy
The Agency has a No Refund Policy once the tasks outlined in the Client’s package have been successfully completed. This includes services such as content creation, posting, analytics, and any other work agreed upon. Upon delivery of services, the Client is not entitled to any refund, partial or full.

6. Additional Charges
Any additional work requested by the Client beyond the scope of the selected service package will incur extra charges. The cost of such work will be determined based on the complexity and the nature of the tasks. All additional work and costs must be mutually agreed upon in writing before commencement.

7. Data Privacy
The Agency follows strict data privacy protocols to ensure that all client data, passwords, and sensitive information remain confidential and secure. We do not share or disclose any client details to third parties without prior consent.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments owed by the Client must be cleared within 15 days.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The Client is entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee if the Agency fails to deliver the performance goals as outlined in the agreed-upon package. This includes failure to post content as per the agreed schedule and failure to reach the estimated audience. This refund is only applicable if the Agency is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services.

2. No Refund Policy After Completion
Once the Agency has successfully completed the services as agreed upon, no refunds will be provided. This includes content creation, website design, ad management, and any other agreed-upon deliverables. If the services are delivered as promised, the Client cannot claim a refund.

3. Additional Work and Refunds
For any additional work requested by the Client that is beyond the original package, the Client will be charged accordingly. Refunds are not applicable for additional work that is completed and delivered as per agreement.

By engaging with Creado Digital’s services, the Client acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions along with the refund policy stated above.
